1. Who we are

This site and its services are operated by Sigillate Industries, a sole trader trading under ABN 59 812 909 356, based in Australia. In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sigillate Industries. You can contact us at harry@sigillateindustries.com.

2. What we collect

When you complete an enquiry or booking form, we collect what you give us, which may include:

• Your name and business name;
• Your email address (and phone number, if you provide one);
• The details of your request or the problem you'd like help with;
• Your consent to be contacted.

We may also collect basic technical information (such as your browser type) that your device sends automatically. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we ask that you don't include it in free-text fields.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or service you asked for;
• To send you related follow-up about your request;
• To send occasional updates only if you've agreed — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• To keep our own records and improve how we work.

We rely on your consent and on our reasonable business need to respond to you. We only use your details for the purpose you gave them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the business (for example, our email, form-capture and scheduling tools), and only so they can perform that service for us. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Where it's stored & how we protect it

Your details are stored using reputable third-party tools and are protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy standards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

7. Your choices & rights

• Access & correction: you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it;
• Unsubscribe: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to opt out;
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your details;
• Complaints: if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. Cookies

This page and our landing pages use only what's needed to function. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies to profile you.

9. Terms of use & refunds

Nature of what we provide

Our tools, templates, prompts, checklists and consultations are practical business admin and workflow support. They are not legal, tax, financial, HR, safety, clinical, or professional-compliance advice, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome, saving, or result. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for meeting your own professional and regulatory obligations.

Digital products

Digital products are sold and delivered through our storefront (Gumroad). Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Once purchased, a digital product is yours to keep.

30-day refund

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on our digital products. If a product isn't right for you, email harry@sigillateindustries.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it.

Services & sessions

Paid sessions and consultations are booked and invoiced separately. Any scope, price and cancellation terms for a session are confirmed with you in writing before it goes ahead.
